Need a single view of your social media world and frustrated with bouncing between multiple sites to check your progress? You’re not alone and Unilyzer is a potential solution. Unlike some of the social media suites that provide Monitoring, Contribution and Measurement, Unilyzer is focused on one thing: Measurement. The premise behind Unilyzer is that we all need a single dashboard to track our social media progress and Unilyzer aims to be that dashboard.
Unilyzer data comes from a variety of sources: Twitter, Facebook Digg, YouTube and Google Analytics. Widget values and metrics are then generated based on the this data across multiple timeframes. Essentially what Unilyzer does, is provide a lot of data in an easy to use view. Here are some more details:

Strengths
|
- Easy to setup and use.
- Great visuals.
- I really like the Unilyzer social media marketing score as it gives a baseline metric to track against. Currently you can see your score at different intervals (current, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, etc.) and track your progress that way. In the future, It would be great to see a chart with the metric changing over time and tied to variations in the underlying social media data….essentially bringing intelligence to the dashboard view.

Weaknesses
|
- The way that the timeframes are setup is a bit confusing – being able to set a specific range that you are comparing performance against would be a big improvement.
- A second tier of data that you can drill into is missing. To do additional analysis on your social media marketing activities you have to go to the source information (ie. Twitter, YouTube or Google Analytics).
- Additional sources of data (e.g. Facebook, Foursquare or Gowalla) are needed to provide a more comprehensive view.

Pricing
|
- Unilyzer has a pretty straight forward pricing model based on a three tiers. The specifics of what you get for each tier can be founder here: http://www.unilyzer.com/signup.html
- Unilyzer Light: $9/month
- Unilyzer Pro: $24/month
- Unilyzer Premium: $49/month

The Bottom Line
|
- Unilzer is a good solution for Measuring your social media marketing activities at a good price. As the product evolves it can be a good tool for providing a high-level view of your social media marketing progress.
