Social Media App Review: Biz360

Over the last 6 months I have evaluated a lot of applications for Social Media Monitoring, Contribution and Measurement (M-C-M) on behalf of clients. Starting with this blog post on Biz360, I will be publishing the results of these evaluations each month. Each evaluation covers the functionality in the application at the time of the review and uses a standard set of criteria to enable “apples-to-apples” comparisons. If you are the app developer and feel that I have omitted an important detail, let me know and I will update the data as appropriate.

Thanks for the review, Graham! I think this is a very necessary endeavor that you have undertaken: to compare the various SM measurement and monitoring platforms in an apples-to-apples fashion. I am sure that many people will find your reports very helpful.

We are innovating and iterating quickly, and I am sure we will be addressing most of the items from the list of weaknesses in short order. I would be delighted to give you a walk through when we release a bundle of major features.

To the list of strengths, I would also add being able to measure sentiment on both, the topic and the article level for even greater accuracy, as well as best-in-class support. We have 5 X 24 support for our clients, as well as a team of extremely smart topic creation engineers who program very complex topics for some of our enterprise-sized clients.

    Cheers!
